Quality control and endless research and testing has given this pump the ability to with stand any adverse effects of the vacuum pump, which is so commonly used on racing engines today. Our own in house testing has witnessed pressure losses in other competitors pumps when the engine is under crankcase vacuum loads. Pressure and volume loss under engine load can be disasterous to an engine. This is the only single stage pump we will use on our own engines.

The ability to be able to remove the oil restrictors is important for proper cleaning of the engine block between the cam bearings and the oil restrictors. This kit allows you to effectively achieve that without any worry of aluminum shavings coming off during the installation process. No need for drilling or special tools to get them out, a simple allen key will do the removal job just fine! Years of research and experience has determined the sizing of the hole in the restrictor. Description: These are the original Vandervell "V" race main bearings for the Oldsmobile engine. The “V” main bearing is commonly used in the high performance Chevrolet engine builds. The benefits of the "V" main bearing is that it can with stand much higher loads than the "P" main bearing can. Were the "P" bearing will flake, loose crush and seize in the higher HP applications, the "V" bearing will not. This is a tri-metal indium over lay main bearing. I use them in all my engine builds.
